Sir,
My smart card number of Sun DTH is 41407133945 (Since Oct 2010).Recently I have activated Neo(Prime) to watch Euro cup on second of euro cup. From that day on wards 90% channels were disconnected along with neo (prime), amount debited from my account and numerous complaints were made & all-gone into vain. They are demanding additional charges to rectify that. Lot of money wasted in my mobile to lodge complaints. Please kindly address my complaint with justice.
