VODAFONE SERVICE

Location/place: NAVI MUMBAI

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

Purchased Micro Sim card and paid advance rental and other charges of 499 RS.
The executive in Vodafone said the same will be activated within 6 hours. Even after 18 hours the same was not activated. When called customer care they said the no is not registered and will not be able to help us and asked us to wait another 48 hrs. Why does the store give such wrong information and the customer center people speak different language and put the consumer time and peace of mind in difficult situation.
