Name of company/service: Big Bazar Store Vadodara
I had purchased Whirpool AC (Chrome) from big bazar store at Seven seas mall fatehgunj vadodara on 27-07-2012 vide TILL NO. 22 receipt no.0000771 St 4704 Ch: 173181 and Tr: 48446 . After purchase when I checked the booklet there was signature or stamp of store on warranty card/service card.
From last two three days i am observing noice in AC and for that I make complaint to the store on telephone the concerned manager did not responded well and advice to do complaint after 16th august due to his over engagements.
What if the problem persist and any major break out arise in the mechine.
Sop please look into this matter and do the needful.
please treat the mail as representation before filling case to consumer forum/or any competent authority or regulatory authority
