deduct bal unnecesserly

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

sir am Rajesh,yesterday (12th Aug) i was doing net in my mobile.but at that time rs 49 bal will deduct from my main account…
when i ask to customer care executive they told that iwas download a chargable game..but i dont
before (23 days ) same problem happen and 48 rupees will deduct..and same reply i got it..so kindly solve this problem that was haapen again nd again…kindly undersood the value of each rupees
