Hi, I am a VODAFONE postpaid customer. No # 99999032979 I am using STD PACK@50P for Rs 75, still they are charging 75p from long time. I recently checked my bill and noticed it. I called no of times to vodafone care but they are not helping me. Even they are not registering my complaint. sometimes tech issue. bill not opening etc..just lame excuses.Each time I am on call with them for over 30 mins. but no resolution. Ref # 636023409. Please help me in getting this issue sorted asap and revert all fraudulent charges till date.
