Defective product delivered by Yebhi.com

Hi, I had made a online purchase of a coat from yebhi.com worth Rs
2099. My order no is YBH5494855. The coat delivered to me is a
defective coat. It is wrinkled every where and do not have proper
fitting. I requested them to return the cloth. But they are not
returning the cloth on the grounds that the cloth is bought under zero day return policy. I have submitted them proof with photograph of coat on their support email id – [email protected] but the response I am getting is negative from their side. They have refused to return the product. Kindly help me in returning the product and get my refund of 2099 Rs.
