Vodafone India are Cheaters / Crooks

This is with reference to the 3g internet connection (dongle) number 9582283195 purchased on July 14, 2013 from Vodafone executive named Mr.Pratik (mob. 9899887476). He gave me the connection by taking 3 months advance payment of Rs.850 each taking total Rs.2,550 and issued a receipt. He also told me that I will be getting unlimited usage for 3 months and would be charged Rs.850 thereafter as monthly rental. For 2 weeks I regularly called 111 (Vodafone helpline)also wrote emails, but every time iI got reply that my email id is not registered with them. Then one day, i went to vodafone store (Nirman Vihar, East Delhi), the executive told me to wait for a callback as re-verification request is generated, to which i expressed to givem me my refund, but she assured of service activation. But to no avail, the situation remained same. I also wrote my discomfort at Facebook (Vodafone Page). After few days of irritation, I again went to Vodafone Store (Nirman Vihar, East Delhi) and shared my complete story with the executive after waiting for 50 minutes, then, to my surprise, I came to know that the executive Mr.Pratik gave me the connection of Rs.650 per month (whereas he took the payment as per Rs.850 per month)& also forged my email id. The Vodafone Executive (Mr.Neeraj) suggested me to go to nodal / corporate office located at C-48, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – II, New Delhi – 110020 and make a complaint. One day i took a challenge to give a visit. There I met a lady and gave all the copies of email communication & receipt of internet connection to her. She told me to relax & she will look into the matter herself. Also assured to provide a resolution within 48 hrs. But nothing happened. Then i wrote an email at [email protected] & stated that i wish to have my refund of Rs.2,550. After few days on August 28, 2013, again i went to Vodafone Store, where after waiting for 70 minutes, met with Mr.Shivam (Vodafone Executive), he told me that the services were activated on August 24, 2013, then i told him to test the internet 3g dongle on my netbook, where i found this time that there is some problem with the sim & connection of Rs.650 is activated, whereas i paid Rs.850 for the same. To my utmost harassment, i asked them to make a refund as i am done with this ordeal. Also talked to Mr.Sachin (Vodafone Store Manager). He instructed Mr.Shivam to escalate the matter for quick refund. He wrote the mail to Mr.Santosh Kumar, Mr.Sachin Khanna, and few others. He told me to wait for 48 hrs. To my surprise after 15 minutes, I received a call from Mr.Pratik, this time from different number (9811918646), who was not even picking my calls after collecting money. Told me that it was a mistake and would call back. After a while on same day, Mr.Pratik called again from old number (9899887476) & apologized to me to take Rs.600 from his side & i should collect Rs.1,950 from Vodafone directly. I told him straightaway, that i would like to have my entire amount of Rs.2,550 together, not in any installments. As i paid my amount to Vodafone India not to some individual cheat. But i think it is the company at the end of day to blame. Today is September 1, 2013 & still I have not received any refund. I think Vodafone does not believe in taking care of their customers, if they would, then this shameful incident would have never happened. Shameful Vodafone !!!!
