Dear TATA Docomo team,
I have recharged with Rs 250 on 22 Aug 2013 on my no.8087413117.But beyond the usage of 1 GB 3g data my account balance of Rs.210 was deducted for internet surfing, so I called customer care executive on 30 Aug 13,they have informed me that this plan is changed,now you will not get unlimited 2g data effective from 26th Aug 2013 however your amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.I didn’t get refund so again I called to customer care on 31st Aug 13 I shocked they told me that this plan is changed from 22nd Aug 2013,so you will not get refund. I got the two different dates. which one is correct???
I went to retailers on 31st Aug 13 & they have informed me that new pamphlets of data tarrif has been received on 29th Aug 2013 but Rs.250 plan is remains the same.I don’t know what the hell tata docomo is doing with their customers.
And all the above when I told customer representative that I want to change my service provider he simply say ok & given instructions regarding how to change the same (they really don’t ‘want to retain their customers & value them)
Also that representative compares tata docomo internet speed with BSNL.They don’t know BSNL 2g speed is equal to tata docomo 3g speed. With tata docomo you will hardly get 2 kbps speed on 2g network.
I don’t have faith on tata docomo. They just know how to do fraud & chitting.
