I have bought a reliance netconnect+ wireless broadband dongle on 26/08/2013 . As the company promises on their official website for 3.1 mbps downloading speed and my town Deoria in their broadband coverage area , but till now i am not connected even a single time with broadband its alwayse connected with high speed 1x network and provides me aprox 130kbps speed only.
I have complaint several times to reliance customer care but my problem is still unsolved , Please help me. I want my either better service or getting my money back.Please help.
