Dear Sir
There was some problem in my st top box given by company. I talked Mr Rachna my complaint no is 22660664593.
They informed me that installer will visit between 3:30 p.m to 4:00 pm .
I got a call by mob no.9250176103 by 12:00 pm and the person told me to visit by 2:30 but he visited by 4:30. I had some urgent meeting on that day.
My whole day has been spoiled because of mismanagement of TATA SKY people and it is mental torture for me.
