Vodafone fraudulently collect money for 3G service

Dear Sir,
We the “Dowry News” is registered newspaper operating in District Siddharthnagar in Uttar Pradesh. We have also published our online edition “www.dowrynews.com” from Siddharthnagar. As such we need good internet service and high speed connection. We decided & paid for VODAFONE 3G internet service for frequent update of the news. But from the date of subscribe we got just 10 minutes of 3G service and rest the time they cheated us by providing very slow speed 2G connection. We brought this matter in attention of customer care but after repeated complaints they are not bother to solve our problem.
We want to focus this matter for others to be cautious before subscribing for VODAFONE 3G.
We can understand that VODAFONE very well aware about this problem but they do not bother about it. They just want to cheat consumers & fraudulently earn money.
Thanks to Consumerforums.in for providing platform for consumer grievances.
Best regards.

For Dowry News,
Mr. Udayraj Shukla
