I have complained against Aircel week before for ethical deduction of balance without my concern for which aircel representative contacted me and assured they wont do the same further and activated DND service on my number.. But though the DND service active they are not complying with it and still i am receiving the promotional calls. On complaining the customer care executive misbehaved and deducted my balance by activating some packages without my concern. I request you take some strict action against them.
