Dear Team,
In the June, 2014 bill for my vodafone number: 7838304338. I have been charged 49 rupees for some download named as “d2c_mgossip_pack49”. When i called the customer care to complain on the number 198 then he told me that i have done some download but when i asked what the download is or from which site or portal i have downloaded then he was not able to explain and refused to take my complaint. I have been using vodafone for last two years but i have not faced a problem like this. But this kind of attitude of customer care is now making me think to switch my service provider. If any action is not taken then definitely i will be forced to do the same because it shows their liability towards customer and how reliable the are?
