I am a Vodafone Customer in Gujrat using 3G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 30/- for downloading dnlc_pack_ndtv_30(something similar) 2 times and once 10 rs in a day and R.SI3GV1R7T10M of Rs 7/- 3 times.So in all they have charged me Rs 91/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explanation they had no proper explanation.
