TAXI FOR SURE-WORST SERVICE

I booked a cab from Taxiforsure on 2nd october 2014 for 3rd october 2014 at 6.45 AM from Bannerghatta Nation al park to Bangalore City Railway station (Majestic) and got the confirmation message and mail. Confirmation ID is TFS-RT-C3529407. But I did not get driver and cab detail till 6.30 AM on booking date. When i called customer care they told me that my booking has been cancelled. i was surprized and helpless on that situation and asked, why it was cancelleed but could not get any answer except “Sorry” and due to these kind of careless service i missed my train and lost 11000.00 Rs for ticket (Tatkal). Even i could not travel on that day and lose some importent meeting and hudge money. Called multiple time to customer care but there is no response from their side.

Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get justice against my lose.

  1. Be aware, this company is out for a loot!! The complaint pertains to non-refund of Wallet Money vide complaint TFS-PP-C22814252
    I had been using their services for over 6 months and encouraged with slightly lower pricing, went on to use their services until they showed up true colours. Learnt a hard way – never leave any amount in the wallet, else this is open for poaching!!
    I am stuck, the app isn’t accepting any bookings nor does it work if I make a booking using my account. Obviously there is a problem with my account which could be rectified by resetting it. 25 days on – a continuous follow up with the customer support hasn’t yielded any result except empty promises that they would call back. There is no second level where you can go to and they have created perfect ways to block the use of wallet money because a booking made by call does not use the wallet money & has to be paid for! Don’t understand how to get the money back!
    Simultaneous complaints I made through e-mails go are simply unanswered and ignored. It is hard to imagine that they have to resort to this kind of money grabbing & if true the stakes could be very high as scattered gullible customers don’t have any common thread.
    Complaints sent to them over emails ([email protected] & [email protected] as well as [email protected]) remain unanswered. They have made is sure not to respond.

  2. I Booked a cab from taxiforsure on 30/10/2015 .Driver Cancelled the cab dont know what was the reason.And after half i got a bill and amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. I called the customer care on 31/10/2015 they said amount will be refunded within 24 hours but i didnt got the money in my wallet. I talked to customer care again on 3rd nov they assured me it will be refunded with 24 hours buit still the same.

    I called almost 6 times and all the times i got the answer that you will receive a call within 24 hours from higher authorities but still no call from them and no money refunded still

    Also the Drivers are not behaving Properly. #Fake Taxiforsure guys
