Refund of Money

Dear Consumer forum team,

Kotak bank has deducted some of the money ( around 900 Rs) in the month of nov 2013 and jan 2014, Even after raising the complaint and repeated followup and reminders the problem is stand still and money is not yet refunded.

I request you to please help me in getting my money back and the refund against the time which took in the following up for the same.

Please find the complaint reference number.

And the mail communication with Kotak mahendra Bank.

Dear Abhinay,

It has been 10 month since that time i am asking for refund of my money and still i have’t received the same. Now the Kotak has literally crossed the limit for the presence a customer can have. I am right away launching a complaint against this in consumer forum.

Please Note: It has been almost 5 month since i have raised this complain

I don’t believe that bank like kotak is doing like this…and do you really think a person who is working should spare this much time to take followup for 700 rs, don’t you guys really understand that the people have their own work to do. And for the same do we suppose to suffer and waste this amount of time.
