Vodafone Fraud in Data Plan

I am also a victimized Vodafone Customer in New Delhi using 2G data plan .
Vodafone has charged me Rs 99/- for deals_mydala_99 charged Rs 99/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explanation they had no proper explanation.
