This complaint is regarding the deduction of Rs99 from my mobile balance (mob no. 08390165807) for unwanted DNLD-DWAP-DLS0099-PPU-KIN00-587001 on 20 Dec 2014. I have not downloaded any thing from any paid site. There was no notification about balance deduction by Vodafone.
I contacted the customer care on 20/dec/2014 around 10.00 PM IST, they agreed on the unwanted deduction and told me that the money will be refunded into my account with in 4 hours. However I didn’t get any refund. So I again called on 21/dec/14 around 1:00 PM, now their CC person telling that they cannot refund the money in any scenario, and are very rude and not want to talk about this. They are not ready to raise the complaint for this and to escalate the call, they put the call on hold for around 30 minutes and not pick the call.
I found that this was happened with many other vodafone customers (as per complaint listed on forum).
Please help me to get my money back.
