I have purchased one HCL ME Y2 tablet from Indiatimes shopping and the tab was not working since that day. It is not Powering ON.
On 29th October I have given my Tab to Cochin service center. On checking the engineer told that the mother board is bad and the spare is not available and the model is outdated now. I have escalated the issue to different level of people in HCL and I am not getting any response from them.
Now I am waiting for the replacement for last two months. I couldnot use this tablet even for a day. I am totally unhappy with this purchase.
Kindly help me with your suggestion to get my tablet replacement or repaired at the earliest
