Aircel ‘s Epic Customer services

I Recently Bought a New sim Of aircel . [4 days ago]
from a local store in vijayawada , the reason to select the sim is Coz its written Express activation ๐Ÿ™‚
and to ur Surprise my Mobile still got no signal . on the sim
i Did remove sim and replaced and i restarted my mobile a lot of times
finally grabbed a airtel phone and call to aircel;s customer care
A grand lady too the call .i told her all story in no rush like a bollywood movie and she said call to 59059
i said lady .i don’t have a signal how do i call do i look stupid ? she then told i shall transfer ur call hold on line and then cut my call after 10 secs . [she named herself Mounika/telugu speaking ]
I thought fine few people could be new and coun’t handle things so ignored her and called again
this time A Genius took the call
The same story went on . . after talking for 3 mins he told me without signal how ur calling me now ๐Ÿ˜›
i told him its a Different mobile . [he said it in a Idiotic voice u should say that first .]
what ever he talked i got the call recording . i could mail it if u need i asked his name 2 times
he didnt say and finally he said its Sumith [Spoke in telugu]
and the Final answer he gave me after talking My hell off and told him i am recording the call “call 59059 ” and that the only option u have . so Express activation made me Express my Feelings to aircel :)Great job what else can be told xD

    Day 6 still no signal mailed ur Customer care talked to the local dealer ..
    What else u Expect ?
    a same copy paste message wont really help .
