My self Tushar from Goregaon East, I have ordered a product from reputed site ebay.in on 11/12/2014, the product was shipped to late after dropping a message to seller. The product was shipped on 13/12/2014 through bluedart courier company and the expected delivery date was 15/12/2014, but the product was not been received yet. I tied to calling up to the bluedart customer care, the expected answer from them is that the product will be delivered in next 24 hrs. This was continue for 3 days but the answer was the same (Due to some network issue your product is been delay, will be deliver in 24 hrs) I was in need of that product but in this way they provide services to consumer even after paying the shipping amount in advance. I have dropped a mail to bluedart company also but there is no reply from them and the status of the product was still the same.
