My mobile number is +91- 9776765305. I had recharged rs 199.00 net pack on nov 26,2014 also recharged rs 111.00 on nov 26. Vodafone deducted rs 99.00 and rs5.00 on nov 27 and nov 29 from my balance without any reason. I had called customercare , they are saying, i had used shot format download from paid site. i am using internet from 10 years. i am not mad, this is totally scam. I checked google that lotsof people facing same problem, some refunded and somes are not. i did not received any message from vodafone of deduct rs99. On nov 29, i got a message that your account has been debited with 5. They are doing intensionally. I had faced same problem before, 30rs deducted for hallo tune. when i called customer care and said i did not activated any hallo tune, they had refunded my money. This time not refunding and customer care blocked my number after 1 st complain. My friends worked at vodafone Bhubaneswar so i know, how Vodafone is cheating like hallo tune activation, various subscription, downloading etc to achieve target.
They deducted my money (99+5=104) by this way.

I have not visited above sites , did not register in that website. Nothing download from that site. Pop ups are coming automatically. On dec 1 a page(pop up) open automatically, and I saw Active subscription- North pack from this website((v.hello1.in/web/voda/my account).
I am using net from 10 years, so I am 100% sure , Vodafone is cheating Indian people by proper planning. After complained about my problem, from that day till date I am not able call customer care. I think they blocked me to save 104 rs. I had complained above problem on Vodafone website, 48 hrs crossed , no one contacting. Help me on this matter as soon as possible. I am planning to file a case against Vodafone (mental harassment, time waste, money waste) @ conjumer court soon. Thanks..Also will send this to PMO INDIA, TRAI, CONJUMER COURT.

The same thing blaming me that i downloaded some sort of salprani named software .
Which didn’t exist in my mobile
If if i downloaded it should exist in my android phone ..
Whatever this is it has to stop spread awareness. -

This happened to me as well. They deducted around 84 Rs without any prior notification/reason. Due to this as I inquired Customer care, I found some link which caused to pull the amount. As I am aware of link might having snipping or phising, dint clicked for the same to give change for the nuisance activities.
Dear Vodafone, dont have such practive to pull the money from the own customer without any prior notification. I am also one amount the victim due to this money. Money matters nothing. Ultimately you are loosing hope from the Customer !!!!

Exactly 99 rs deducted for me with the same name RS99 –DNLD-D2C-SHOTFORMATS-TINY TV-PPU-99-SHOTFORMA -
They deducted exactly ₹50 saying you have downloaded some images from some chargeable site DWAP_DLS0050_PPU_KIN00587001.
When asked for detail they do not give the details about the deduction.
Vodafone is just cheating because I did not say OK to any message like this.
Also there is no such visited link in the
of
my browser.
I request all of my friends to tell your friends and relatives to shift from such a cheating service provider to some other survive provider -
Actually they are not thiefs, there are decoits, These type of organisations run their organisations by looting the common public. They charged Rs.99 from my bills of December, 2014 and January 2015 under download showing d2c_salperni_looca and charged Rs.99. On talking to customercare, they said that you may have clicked something. I feel they are befooling people and running their business. I have decided to change my service provider. I am having 5 to 10 vodafone connections in my house.

yes, they also deducted from me, when i called the customer care number and said you clicked on paid site or link.. d2c_salparni something like this.. i have recently moved on voda fone and i faced this problem so really disturb from this. i had not faced the problem in airtel or other compay.

“DNLD_DWAP_ANI0099_PPU_CRE00691001” has been activated. It is not authourised by me. INR 99 rs has been deducted from my account. Each month this amount is being deducted from my account. This is 4th time(i.e.INR 396). I request you to solve my problem and refund my balance. Else porting to the other company will be the solution for me.

Last month they charge Rs. 645 for some download . When i call Costumer care they tell me it is not refundable and this month again they charge Rs. 99 +10 for some salparni looka download. I not remember any software download of this type.
I think this is time to think about number portability -
