i gave my P100 lemon phone for repair (display issue) in Swetha Communications in the month of May. Till now I did not get my phone. Firstly, they came up and said that the part required is not available in the market. So, they came up with a solution of replacement of phone by charging some amount. Agreed to that and waited for that phone too. But we did not get it. Then they said that the part was available and give it in 1 week.
Waited for 1 month, but did not get the part till now.
It has been 7 months and we did not get our phone and the reply given by them when we call is also not appropriate.
Most of the times, they will not attend the calls also.
Please look into this issue and help us
