my name kajal singh i bought a android phone of micromax in august 2014. till the start september there are many problem in phone in 24 september i submitted my phone in service center at kanpur. from the date till today my phone is in service center.. they told me that your phone is under process but exactly they are not telling me that when it will repair.. i want take action against micromax mobile services… thank u

the micromax company is worst then any other company ever experienced in my life in respect of its product and services … I also purchased a phone on 24th of sep and whcih became faulty ..I handed over the phone to authorised service center Faridabad for repair on 17th of oct 2014 ….
I contacted many times to the company but no satisfactory reply from the company has been received …i felt cheated by spending Rs.10000/- on such a dishonest company
