I have aproblem with VMC4 as when i recharge my account with 97Rs. after 2 or 3 days VMC4 services activate automaticlly and when ideactivate VMC4 VMC 97 also get deactivated and this problem occurs every time i recharge it. Please give me a solution

my vmc pack is activated. i want to deactivate it by DACT VMC4 but it is activate and cut my balance regularly.WHAT CAN I DO TO DEACTIVATE IT
