ONLINE RECHARGE THROUGH COMPANY WEBSITE NOT VALID SAYS CUSTOMER CARE

Location/place: pune

Name of company/service: relaince communications

I did online recharge FOR MY ACCOUNT 2032328778 of INR201/- using
http://myservices.relianceada.com/
however even after 4 days still my account has not been credited. Customer SERVICE AGENTS OF Reliance say they dont have any recharge of 201/- Rs which however is valid option on their official website http://myservices.relianceada.com/

please see the proof of my recharge bewlow.
Request you to take strict action against this fraud and negligence.
