I Have purchased a tubler battery of sukam on 15.05.2012, after 35-40 days battery was not giving full back-up, called to customer care, engineer came & said purchase new inverter of 850VA then this will give full back-up then i purchased new inverter of 850VA power on 21.06.2012 but situation was same again called customer care again said we will solve this, now situation is, i have called customer care 8-10 times but no solution.
Please do the needfull, i feel i’m cheated.
