Name of company/service: Hathway Broadband Limited
I am using internet connection of Hathway Broadband. Firstly it worked well and later gave connectivity issues. On registering complaints 3-4 times, reply was the engineer will come to your home in 24 hours and resolve issue. But no action is being taken. Due to this I can not connect to internet for 3 to days continuously, this has happened 3 times
