Non Refund of my cancelled order

Location/place: New Delhi, India

Name of company/service: Naaptol

On 30-05-2012, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 620 (P6200) from Naaptol.com through my SBI Credit Card.
But on the same day, I called Naaptol.com and cancelled my order. The Naaptol Customer care executive confirmed me that your order has been cancelled and your money will be refunded back to you within 15 days after receiving your undelivered item back.

But on 09-06-2012, despite of cancelling the order, a courier man from M/s Aramex Pvt. Ltd. arrived at my home with the product. I refused to accept the order and sent the courier man back. I called the Naaptol.com on the same day and their customer care executive said that the cancellation was processed on 08-06-12. The executive said that you will get your money back within 15 days after we receive the product back.

The Courier (Aramex) track record says that the product was sent back to the shipper on 11-06-12 however, whenever I call Naaptol.com, their executives makes false statements and says that your cancellation was processed on later dates (every time a new date). The latest cancellation date as told by their executive was 27-06-12 and I will receive my amount back within another 15 days despite the fact that the Courier records says that product has been received much before the cancellation!! moreover I have also received a mail from Naaptol.com on 25-06-12 stating that they have confirmed the cancellation of order and will refund my money within 3 to 5 working days.
What I can conclude so far is that they are not in a mood to refund their customer’s hard earned money.

I will never recommend anybody to purchase even a needle from these people.
