validity in reliance 2 g Netconnect

I have 2 g net connect plan number 9318893217 limited area. Now i have been transferred to solan (01792) in himchal from karsog, mandi. I want to activate it at solan. As it is valid at karsog (01907)only. It is a 2 g data card. it validity is limited I want that it works at Solan instead of Karsog. I registered complaint, but they say they are unable to resolve. The centre for reliance are 120 and 300 kms from here. My data card is inactive due to this for last four months. I want it to be valid at Solan, )1792) instead of Karsog (01907)
