I bought Usha Honeywell Cooler in May 2012 & in June 2012 1st week its fan motor got burned and they changed the motor after 3 days of placing complain in their customer care. After 20 days the motor got burn again on 23rd June 2012. I placed complain in their customer care on 24 June 2012 but till today they haven’t changed the motor nor they are giving me exact reason or date of resolution. I am tired of calling the customer care, service center, dealer but not getting proper response. I have not slept properly from last 4 days.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
