Dear Sir,
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy note on 15th of June 2012. i received the product the next day , but the products seal was opened and i ordered a complaint at once . till date people are wondering about there own process to find out how to deal with . I m surprised by such a big company not having a process to resolve my issue . when ever i call they come out with an excuse – it is with vendor . for last 12 days the same is updated when ever i call for status . i would appreciate if the oranization can help me to resolve by replacing the product .
