Used product given in the name of new

Hi ,
I have purchaed a mouse from ebay and the seller was “a2zonlinestorez ” . It was told the the mouse will be new but when I have recived the product the mouse packaging was old and the mouse also was an used one with one part missing , upon recieving such a piece i have complained the seller who in turned has given a very rude reply that whatever you i want i can , knowingly the seller didnt responded to my mail .
I have the mail as a proof .
Regarding this I have complained in ebay 2 days back but till now I have not recived any communication from ebay ,which tends to give ebay gurantee has failed to respond or take any action .
Its really very bad expierence with ebay and its seller .
