Service Request Raised not Addressed

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Eureka Forbes

I’ve raised the request with the customer care of the Eureka Forbes, almost 20 days now, it is still not addressed. Below are the details,

This has reference to the Service Request# 72528831, I’ve logged the complaint on 3rd of Aug, 2013 (which is as per the Customer Care Records), but I believe the request was made way before that, my concern here is,
 It’s been more than 20 days now, the issue still stands un-resolved. Thus, I’m writing to you, hoping this will get addressed ASAP and again do not turn deaf ears.
 To my surprise, if we staying at NCR region, is getting this kind of service from Eureka Forbes , can’t imagine about the service being provided in other areas.
 The machine I’ve is Aquasure (RO + UV) it is under contract.
 I’ve lost all my patience now, cannot take the frustration any more.
