UNRESPONSIVE AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM SERVICE CENTRE

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

I BOUGHT A HIGH END MOBILE FROM SONY(XPERIA S).WITHIN A WEEK IT STARTED HANGING , AUTOMATIC RESTART AND YELLOW TINT APPEARED SINCE 1st DAY I BOUGHT THE CELL PHONE. I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER. THEY TOOK MY MOBILE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WIL GIVE A NEW HANDSET WITHIN A WEEK. AFTER 32 DAYS THEY GAVE ME SECOND HAND MOBILE WHICH WAS FULL OF SCRATCHES ON FRONT AND BACK SIDE. WHEN I TOLD THAT IT IS FULL OF SCRATCHES THEY TALKED VERY RUDDLY.
I DID NOT TAKE MY MOBILE FROM THEM…
SO I CALLED THE SERVICE CARE.THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE PHONE.BUT THE HEAD MANAGER Mr.HARPREET FORCED ME TO TAKE MOBILE FULL OF SCRATCHES.BUT SERVICE CARE EXECUTIVE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE PHONE AND HE SAID THAT I WILL GET MY MOBILE AFTER 15 DAYS.
PLEASE HELP ME SIR. I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU.I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.
