Name of company/service: AIRTEL
During I was surfing in my laptop, a message came to my mobile that the above mentioned service is activated for 7 days.
I called the customer care & said that I did’nt activate such service, his reply was ‘there is a message of activation @ 02:02 am & no complaint against this auto activation also can’t be registered’. I insisted for the complaint register but in vain & at last he disconnected my call.
It is just theft at ones face & to tell the victim that it ok dude & its gonna happen in future too. Therefore either the telecom thiefs gotta bought to justice.
