Hello,
I am a help less individual looking forward for a resolutions to my problem. I do not know whether you would be able to help me with this or not, however just wanted to know how to get help for the problem I am facing from the past few months. My problem is my sister was admitted to the MS Ramaiah College of Management, Bangalore on July 2011 in their MBA course which is affiliated from Maysore University. At the time of admission she was asked to submit all the original documents and marks cards for her previous education (like 10th, 12th and Graduations Marks cards). She was told that this is a university policy and they have to follow it accordingly, these marks sheets are sent to the university to be checked for the authenticity.
Now, in May 2012 due to certain monetary issues we were unable to continue with further education and had to withdraw the admission. We asked the management to return the original documents, however they kept on making excuses (like dean is not in the college he has gone out of country please contact us after 7-8 days, can not send you the documents like that we need to check and verify the authenticity, ask the student to send us the application for the cancellation of admission etc.) and have not returned the documents yet. We have been following up with the college from the past 1.5 months just to get our own property back, however it seems to me that they are not interested to give it to us. We have already sent them about 3 to 4 applications related to the same and they have not replied to even a single one from them. When I try calling them now they say that they are discussing this issue and would get back to me as to what needs to be done. I am unable to understand that as to why do I have to beg to others to get my own property back. I am unable to find a resolution by myself and want an advise from you as to what can be done in this case.
