Unresolved complaints

Re: MDN 9142369405 (complaint reference nos. 2368670 and SEP/3173)

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the complaints initiated by me since 13th September 2014 regarding wrongful billing and deficient service with the MTS Appellate Authority (Kerala), Ms. Sangeeta Bhowmick, have been treated in a most cavalier manner and has resulted in wrongful termination of service on 25th September 2014 without providing me with complete and specific resolution to my complaints.
