My Balance is deducted & when i call to customer care they will haras me.

Hi,
I have land line of aircel. My no. is 9804911600. I am having it for near about 1 year. Now I am too frustrated about it service. Every month some thing is happening with that number. Now I fed up. A message is come to my number”Thank you using aircel sirvice” and my balance is deducted.Every time I gave complain there, Bsnl authority does not solve it and after going well few days it become same.few days ago same problem happened with my friend. I gave a complaint number they keep me in hold 4 times near about 10 minutes. Whenever I called him he told me to call after 2 hour.
I am feeling helpless now. I don’t know what should I do.
