No response to complaints and very poor network coverage

I am not satisfied with the process of Vodafone India’s complaint redressal, I raised a complaint against them for very weak network coverage, but they never turned up and I do face this at my office location whole day.

I never expected this servvice from Vodafoe brand. Planning to get it changed to some other provider.
