My name is Neeraj Dubey and Mob. No. is 8423607570 and its Operator is Uninor.
Before 1 month back approximatelly, i have complained for the same issue and i was told that it was done by my end.
I tried to make understand to Customer care executive that the VAS pack which was activated, was not from my end but he refused it at once and was not agree to refund me.
I wrote an email to Uninor but they revert me that the deduction was right.
Now the Uninor can tell me that when i have already told verbally and by mail too that i don’t need such VAS PACK as i have not activated it than why it has been deducted again from my Mobile no.
Is my money worthless or it comes from tree?
Such Companies are really exploiting mentally to common customers.
I need to get my money back as i know that this Deduction is totally illegal and wrong.
If it will be not refunded than i will definitelly large complaint in Court against of this Company.
