SIM CARD LOCK SINCE 15 DAYS.

Location/place: BANTUL,BAGNAN,HOWRAH,WESTBENGAL

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

My vodafone sim no.-9733900545 is locked from 6th july,2013.I made a complain to the company and they replied me to sumit KYC DOCUMENTS WITH PHOTO.I submit those documents on 16th july,2013.But from 25th july,2013 the vodefone sim card is locked till date.
please take necessary action as soon as possible.
