BSNL Phone line down from more then 50 Days.

Location/place: Maroli Bazar – 396436

Name of company/service: BSNL

I have BSNL Phone line and Broadband connection, it down from almost one and a half month. Reason provided by BSNL Navsari region is that cable is cut and they don’t have 35 MTR Cable to replace. I have been reported the same one month ago and still the status is same.

I am paying bills without using services and my work is effecting too.

Please help me get my service back immediately.
