unnecessory deduction balance

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: ponda goa&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: bsnl</p>i am the bsnl subscriber for last many year. i had register complain regarding my deduction of balance of rs.37.on 30/5/13 @ 7:00pm to bsnl customer care.they have promise to refund balance within 24hrs but bsnl fail to refund it .so i call customer care after 48hrs and bsnl told me that you get refund within25hrs.i m waiting for my refund.
