balance deduction and putoff the call in middle of conversation

Name of company/service: idea cellular

30/05/2013 i unexpectedly take 5rupees loan at that time i didn’t have balance in my account. after that i recharged with 20 rupees they deduct 5 rupees from me. on 31/05/2013 i message about 30 rupees full talktime offer. when i recharged with 30 i got only 18 ruppes. i talk with idea customer care on 1/06/2013. he didn’t give proper response and putoff the call in the middle of conversation.
