Name of company/service: aircel
they are unnecessarily deducting balance from one month. balance was 215rs, 1 month later it is 75 rs. phone was in the repair shop and i did not us sim for any other purpose. called the call centre asked them info abou t deduction did not get any help, asked them to unsubscribe all value added services and reimbuse my balance. two days later they daducted my amount again now it is 15 rs. can’t get hold of their executives on calling the helpline. plz help
