Unnecessary charges

I am using Reliance Big TV for last 3 years. Recently relocated to nearby place. I paid around Rs.350 for installation. Which is not fixed properly by the inefficient technicians. Every 3 to 4 days disconnecting and it is connecting again. Two times I called customer care and once they came to my house and corrected the problem . But twice they deducted the amount from my account. Within this one month they took around 600 rupees. When I called the customer care executed they putting call on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and no response from their side and its billed around 50 rupees for me. Really its very bad that reliance is recruiting inefficient technicians for increasing their revenue. please let me know how to get back my amount which is deducted from account.
