i had purchased a pair of bangles thru hs18 on 13th june 2014 valued to rs 525 and i received the product on 17th june but the product was delicate and the was also smaller than specified size and hece i complained to them on 18th june and returned the product to the address on 21st june as specified by them through DTDC courier bearing the consignment no V16814562 EXPRESS SHIPPING but till now i had not received the money back , i have submitted complaint to them more than four times each time they send a mail that they are trying to resolve the problem but after a few days they update saying your query is closed ,this has been happening for the last 20 days,please help me in getting my money back along with shipping charges
