Worst PL process by ICICI employers

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My Self Biswajit Dutta had a personal loan Rs. 200000/- for 24 months from ICICI bank.
Loan A/c No: LPCAL00027223238.
My DOB: 21/04/1985.
I had received the amount Rs. 196813/- in respect of above loan amount on dated: 14/11/2013.
I had paid the EMI- 9793 /- from Dec’13 to April’14 on 16% rate of interest (Total 5 months).

At loan approval time ICICI representative committed me that he will reduce the rate of interest after 5th installment.
So, I had communicated with your representative on April’14 for reducing the remaining loan amount rate of interest and he was closed my previous loan account and open the new loan account on remaining amount for 24 months.

I had requested to him for reduce the rate of interest on remaining amount for remaining months but he was made the different without my concern. He said: he is reducing the rate of interest on total amount and refunding the amount Rs. 7549/- (on paid amount) in my account which is totally false. Actually it was a top up and the rate of interest is same 16%.
In this wrong process I am losing approx Rs. 16000/- including extra processing charges and my loan insurance .

Why i am pay extra Rs. 16000/- (approx) and why my liability period extend for extra 5 months?

Still i am paying my new EMI installment honestly.

EMI: Rs. 8681/-
load period : May’14 to April’16.

After several request to ICICI representative, he has not been providing me the old loan and new loan welcome book & details. I have no documents of my loan and now he is not receiving my call.
I have contact with local branch but they can’t help me and every body avoiding me.
I am really not in a condition to pay such a extra amount.

WHAT IS MY MISTAKE????
I have taken a loan from private bank !!!!!

It is totally unfair and wrong process to deal with client.
I am gathering a bad experience with ICICI bank ( No:1 private bank in India).

At last i have communicated with ICICI customer care dept for welcome book but your representative block my request by today.

Please help me and do the needful for providing my extra amount, reduce the time period with suitable settlement and take necessary action on such type of your representative.
