Undue balance cutting

Location/place: Nirmand

Name of company/service: Airtel

the company unnecesarily recharged my Rs.125 internet plan, though I had rechrged it through the dealer. Now they r not refunding money. my cell phone had an Internet pack which and id on july 28 and could not be autorenewed because of the insufficient balance. next day on my way to chandigarh I recharged my cell phone with rs.125 to get the Internet pack. I also recharged my cell phone with rs. 200 to get the talktime. the airtel company again recharge my cell phone to auto renewal for the Internet pack of rs. 125 despite the fact that I had already charge my cellphone for the internet.
. I called punjab circle n himachal circle but the refund was not given. Pls help.
